The residential complex Park Side is located in a quiet part of Riga center at Rupniecibas St., opposite the old park Viestura Garden. The project provided reconstruction of the existing 4-storey industrial building into the residential building, with an extension of the new block. Glassed-in facades, high-quality finishing, modern engineering communications, including climate control in the premises, make this building modern and attractive.
The building was put into commission in 2007, the Company BIANT performed the installation of the building’s engineering systems.
