HANSABANKA Headquarters, the most eye catching feature of the left bank of Daugava, is a 29 floors, 123 metres high- rise building. Impressive architectural solutions were supported by the innovative and energy saving solutions in ventilation and air conditioning where BIANT performed the installation works. Active cooled beams technology was specified to provide comfort indoor environment, while reduction of energy consumption had been achieved by free cooling installation at chiller plant and wide usage of rotary heat exchangers in air handling.
