The project of construction of SRS administrative office complex is one of the largest projects of the state and private partnership implemented in the Baltic States. The project implementation ensured consolidation of SRS structural departments, previously distributed in Riga in more than 15 different buildings.
SRS office complex was constructed in a contemporary style. The engineering communications in the building are one of the design elements, so the construction process involved requirements for the quality of installation. The Company BIANT, in partnership with the engineering union “HVAC Inženieru apvienība”, carried out the installation of the air-conditioning systems and ensured cooling of the computer center’s server equipment. The total generating capacity of the cooling system - 4.5 mW; the power of the storage container “Cristopia” – 5.5 MW/h allows accumulating cold from the compressor plants at night time, and under partial load on the building’s cooling systems.
The building was put into commission in April 2014.
