In 2010, BIANT commenced the construction of the ventilation systems of the seven-story hotel Tallink Hotel Riga at Elizabetes iela 24/2. There were built 256 air conditioned rooms, an underground car park, beauty salon and recreational complex, a lobby bar, a restaurant and 6 conference rooms .The hotel is only 500 meters away from Riga’s historic old town and successfully integrates historical facade and modern glazing.
