“Kempinsky Hotel” in Riga

Reconstruction of the hotel “Riga” at Aspazijas Boulevard 3 for the needs of the internationally renowned hotel operator Kempinski began in 2014. As of 2014, Kempinski Hotels was managing 80 five-star hotels in 30 countries in total. Kempinski hotel chain unites hotels located in many famous cities and resorts around the world. These are grand hotels and hotel complexes, both in the “modern” style and in the “traditional” style for the country of its location. The company does not set a mission of unification of the hotels, so each of them has its own distinctiveness. This is also referred to Riga hotel to the full extent, because its architectural solutions are aimed at preservation of the historic look of the well-known building in Riga. Herewith, the requirements for engineering and technical communications, and, ultimately, for the comfort of guests, are meeting the highest standards.

The Company BIANT has signed a contract for the installation of ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems. Planned completion of works - the second half of 2016.
