By the end of 2020 BIANT completed the installation of the heating and ventilation systems in a multi-functional building complex in New Teika area of Riga. The building complex consists of a few apartment buildings and three high-rise office buildings. The 16,300 square meters of the building area offers a Class A office premises.
The main advantages of New Teika buildings are functionality and accessibility. During the construction process, special attention has been paid tothe high energy efficiency solutions, thus reducing monthly utility expenses, heating and electricity bills. Air quality and indoor microclimate has been also of high importance for the developers, some innovative solutions as VRV with system cooling and heating options and "demand based" ventilation operating principles has been applied.
