Projects on the scheme design - build

Our engineering team is able to provide qualified project management on installation of engineering systems as per Design - Build scheme, involving the concept development within the established budget, the stage of required approvals, organization of construction and implementation of the project.

By contrast, the traditional scheme of Design-Competition-Construction implies that the entire responsibility for the contract in the Design - Build scheme is assigned to one company, thus minimizing the risks for investors and reducing the project implementation period by means of simultaneous implementation of design, production, delivery and installation of the systems. Concentration of the responsibility on one person allows the Design - Build scheme to provide the customer with the transparent contractual terms and to oblige the contractor to bear full responsibility for the outcome of the project.

Our project - estimating department will assess the cost of engineering systems both at the stage of concept development and search for optimal solutions, and on the basis of already developed technical project, thus ensuring professional and competitive assessment of the applied solutions and selected equipment and materials.
